Open your Walmart registry's purchased-gifts view
Sign in at walmart.com → Registry → Manage now → select your baby or wedding registry. Walmart's Registry FAQ says you can check which gifts have been purchased for you on your registry page; on the baby registry it names the controls "See all registry Items" and "Purchased".

Expect the gift and the person who bought it. Walmart's Registry FAQ doesn't spell out the columns; what it commits to is timing — tracking at shipment without revealing the gift, then the gift message and purchaser after delivery. It never mentions a giver's mailing address, so match recipients to addresses from your own guest list in the next step.
