Sign in at walmart.com → Registry → Manage now → select your baby or wedding registry. Walmart's Registry FAQ says you can check which gifts have been purchased for you on your registry page; on the baby registry it names the controls "See all registry Items" and "Purchased".

Guests with no address on your Walmart list?
Walmart shares who bought each gift and their message, but its Registry FAQ never mentions a mailing address, so plan to add them from your guest list.
