Sign in to zola.com and open your registry dashboard. The Gift Tracker lists every gift purchased — across retail items, cash funds, and honeymoon funds — with the giver's name and gift message.

Download Zola's gift file
Zola's gift tracker downloads as a .CSV with each gift's order number, name, quantity, value, gift message, the giver's address, order status, and thank-you status. Use that — it's faster than copy-pasting and the format is consistent.

Fill any blank addresses from your guest list
Zola's own FAQ says the download includes each giver's address. If a row has none, look that guest up in Zola's guest-list/RSVP tool or your invitation list.

Pick a postcard, write one message
Pick a wedding postcard layout — polaroid, magazine, or split — and write a template message.

Guests with no address on your Zola list?
Zola's gift-tracker download includes each giver's address, so most of your list arrives ready to address. For anyone you still can't find, keep their name on your list: press Next: Review and its row offers a link you send them, and they type their own address. If it arrives after you've paid, you send that card as its own order from the email we send you ($2.49 a card under 10). More on missing addresses.
