How to mail wedding thank-you cards from your Zola registry

Open your Zola Gift Tracker
Sign in to zola.com and open your registry dashboard. The Gift Tracker lists every gift purchased — across retail items, cash funds, and honeymoon funds — with the giver's name and gift message.

Download Zola's gift file
Zola's gift tracker downloads as a .CSV with each gift's order number, name, quantity, value, gift message, the giver's address, order status, and thank-you status. Use that — it's faster than copy-pasting and the format is consistent.

Fill any blank addresses from your guest list
Zola's own FAQ says the download includes each giver's address. If a row has none, look that guest up in Zola's guest-list/RSVP tool or your invitation list.

Upload to ShipNote
Drop the gift file (or pasted contents) into the Recipients screen. We pull out giver names, addresses, gifts, and gift messages; fill any missing address inline.
