    Zola lets you download a file containing guest name, gift sent, gift message, and thank-you-sent status. Use that — it's faster than copy-pasting and the format is consistent.

    Cross-reference your guest list for addresses

    The Gift Tracker doesn't store mailing addresses. If you used Zola's guest-list/RSVP tool for invitations, those addresses are saved separately — pull them up so you can match them to recipients.

The Gift Tracker itself doesn't store mailing addresses — it tracks what was given and by whom. If you used Zola's guest-list/RSVP feature for invitations, those addresses are saved there. ShipNote lets you paste from both sources.
