By accessing and using ShipNote's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ShipNote provides custom postcard printing and mailing services. We allow users to create personalized thank you postcards, which we then print and mail to specified recipients. Our service includes design tools, printing, and postal delivery.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our service. However, by uploading content, you grant ShipNote a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes
  • Payment is required before order processing
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
  • Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the agreed price
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined below

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled. We offer refunds for:

  • Printing errors caused by our service
  • Delivery failures due to our error
  • Service failures on our part

Refunds for customer errors (incorrect addresses, content mistakes) are at our discretion.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We make every effort to deliver postcards within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShipNote's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
