Open your Babylist Gift Tracker
On the web, sign in to babylist.com and click "Gift Tracker" on the left side of your registry's Home page. In the Babylist app, open your Home page and tap "Track Gifts".

Review what Babylist already gives you
Each row shows the giver's name, email, and the gift they marked as purchased — plus the retailer, order number, and (if the giver provided it) their mailing address. A giver can keep a gift a surprise; Babylist then asks whether you want to reveal who bought what.

Download your Thank You list (the easy path)
In the Gift Tracker, download Babylist's Thank You list: one file with every giver's contact info, any mailing address they shared, and their gift message. Use that — it's cleaner than copy-pasting the page.

Pick a postcard, write one message

ShipNote is $1.99 a card on orders of 10 or more, and that covers the printed postcard, addressing, USPS First-Class postage, and mailing, usually the next business day. A 20-card Babylist batch is $39.80, and 60 cards is $119.40.

Guests with no address on your Babylist list?
Babylist shows an address in your Gift Tracker only when the giver shared one at checkout, so expect a few rows with a name and no address. For anyone you still can't find, keep their name on your list: press Next: Review and its row offers a link you send them, and they type their own address. If it arrives after you've paid, you send that card as its own order from the email we send you ($2.49 a card under 10). More on missing addresses.
