How to send thank-you cards from your Honeyfund registry

   Open your Gifts Received list

   Sign in at honeyfund.com and click View All Gifts from your dashboard (or open the gifts page directly). Under Gifts Received, each gift opens to show the giver's name, their message, the amount, and which fund or item they gave toward.

   Copy the giver list

   Honeyfund doesn't offer a download of the gifts list — its only documented export is the guest list — so select the Gifts Received entries and copy them. Open each gift first if you want the messages; they're worth quoting back in your cards.

   Match givers to mailing addresses

   Honeyfund's checkout collects a giver's name, email, phone, and message — never a mailing address. Pull addresses from Honeyfund's guest list (its Contact Collector gathers them), your invitation tool, or your RSVP spreadsheet.

   Paste into ShipNote

   Drop the giver list into the Recipients screen. The parser reads names, amounts (for your context — never printed on a card), and messages. Fill in the mailing addresses inline before printing.
