Yes — that's the normal way in. Export a CSV or Excel file from whatever you use and upload it, or select the rows and paste them. There's no column mapping and no template to fill in. Works with an export from anything — Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Shopify, Square, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself. We read the file you export. We don't connect to your system, and we never ask for a login.

Yes. Pick the Blank card and upload your own artwork — it prints edge to edge, in portrait or landscape, with no ShipNote branding on the front. Photo and designed layouts are there too if you would rather start from one of ours.

Yes — that's built in. You write the message once with a [CLIENT] placeholder, and each card prints with that client's name. You can also edit any individual card before checkout.

No. There is no subscription and no minimum. Order one card or three hundred, once a year or every month — the batch price applies automatically.

No — we mail 4x6 postcards. That is why postage is 65 cents rather than 82, and why the message is readable without anything being opened. Nothing to slit, nothing to throw away.

Usually the next business day. Every card is printed, addressed, stamped, and handed to USPS — you'll get an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

Yes. Alongside the thank-you designs there is a Happy Holidays card, so the same client list covers December. Keep the export you used in June — bringing it back is the same paste you did the first time. We don't keep your list as a reusable address book between orders; your own records stay the source of truth. What we do keep of what you submit, and for how long, is set out on our privacy page.

Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe, and your order confirmation email includes an itemized receipt — order number, date, total, and payment method — easy to expense or hand to your bookkeeper.
