Business FAQ
Can the cards use my own design or logo?
Yes. Pick the Blank card and upload your own artwork — it prints edge to edge, in portrait or landscape. Photo and designed layouts are there too if you'd rather start from one of ours.
Can every card have a different name on it?
Yes — that's built in. You write the message once with a [RECIPIENT] placeholder, and each card prints with that recipient's name. You can also edit any individual card before checkout.
Can I send from a spreadsheet or CRM export?
Yes. Paste your list in whatever shape it's in — CSV rows, a column of addresses, even copied text from email signatures. We extract the names and addresses and verify each one against USPS before printing.
Is there a minimum order or a subscription?
No. There's no subscription and no minimum — a single card is $2.49, and orders of 10 or more drop to $1.99 per card automatically.
How fast do the cards go out?
Usually the next business day. Every card is printed, addressed, stamped, and handed to USPS — you'll get an email confirmation when your order is on its way.
Can I get a receipt for expensing?
Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe, and your order confirmation email includes an itemized receipt — order number, date, total, and payment method — easy to expense or pass to your bookkeeper.
