Graduation thank-you cards, one for everyone who gave.
The graduate on the front, in cap and gown or at the party. On the back, one note in the graduate's words that names each person and what they gave, the check included. We print every card, address it and mail it with postage, the next business day or on a day you pick, before or after the move to school. $1.99 a card from 10 cards.
The list
Who gets a card after a graduation
The usual graduation gift is a check, and the people who gave the most, the teacher and the host, gave no gift at all. The starter note thanks for a gift, so here is what prints on each card and which ones to open and rewrite before you pay.
Someone who gave money or a check
The note you wrote, with their name, and words in place of the amount. A postcard is open, so the figure stays off it; the note says what the money is going toward instead.
When we read a pasted list, a bare amount such as "$100" becomes "generous gift" and a Venmo line becomes "cash gift"; a gift you type in yourself prints as you typed it. The words for a money note are in the guide linked below.
A teacher, coach or mentor
A card with no gift in it. Their row has no gift, so open their card before checkout and write it to thank them for the years, signed with the graduate's full name.
A teacher with a class of thirty, or a coach who knows the whole team, knows the graduate by first and last name.
Whoever hosted or cooked for the party
A card of its own, rewritten to thank them for the party rather than for a gift. One card per household.
The grandparents who hosted, the aunt who made the cake, the neighbor who lent the tables.
Relatives who could not come but mailed a card or a check
The gift note, from the row you add for them: their name, what they sent, and the address on their envelope.
They mailed something to you, so this is the row least likely to be missing an address.
A group gift: the team, the office pool, a parents' group
One card per contributor address when you know who chipped in, each naming the shared gift, or one card addressed to the group.
A group that signed one card gets one card back, addressed to where it came from.
A guest who came with a card and no gift
A card thanking them for being there, rewritten on their card alone so it never mentions a gift. Every other card keeps the gift note.
Whether that card is expected at all is answered in the FAQ below.
What to say when the gift was money, by who gave it, is in our thank-you notes for graduation money.
The front
Cap and gown, the party, or a cap and the class year
24 designs offered for a graduation: the ceremony or the party on single-photo cards and collages of two to four photos, and designs with no photo, among them a graduation cap with the class year, for a card that goes out before the ceremony photos come back.

The note
One note in the graduate's words, and every card names its gift
The graduate writes the note once. Each card fills in that person's name and the gift from their row of the list, and a bare amount from a pasted list becomes "generous gift".
The starter note for a graduation
Dear [RECIPIENT], Thank you so much for the [GIFT_NAME] and for celebrating my graduation with me. Your support means the world as I start this next chapter. With gratitude, Elena

The teacher's card and the host's each get their own lines: open each one before checkout and rewrite it on its own; the other cards never change. The graduate signs every one; how, and with which name, is in our guide to signing a graduation thank-you card.
After the party, or before the move
Mail them next week, or on the day you choose
A graduation party and the move to school or a first job can be weeks apart. Write every card while the gift pile is in one place, then mail them the next business day or hold the batch for a day you choose, up to 90 days out. They land in mailboxes 4–7 business days after they mail.
The party, then the cards
- Order the week after the party, while the envelopes, the gift tags and the list kept during opening are still in one pile. The cards mail the next business day.
- The front is the ceremony photo or the party, or the Graduation Cap design with the class year and no photo at all.
- A card that goes out in June for a May graduation is on time; one that waits for the end of summer is late.
Leaving for school, or the move
- Write the whole batch before you go, then at checkout tap "Choose a later mail date" and "On a date I choose": any weekday from two business days out to 90 days out.
- Nothing prints before that day. The cards hold with the front and the note exactly as you approved them.
- Your order page cancels the whole batch for a full refund, once you confirm with the email on the order, any time until noon Eastern on the business day before the mail date.
Your list
The envelopes, the checks and the gift tags are the list
There is no registry to export. The rows are the envelopes and gift tags from the party, the list someone kept during opening, and the checks and Venmo payments: type them, paste them, or upload a photo of the handwritten list, and every name, address and gift becomes a row, and a giver whose address you never had stays on the list by name until it arrives.
Pricing
What a graduation batch costs, mailed

| Cards | Per card | Total, mailed |
|---|---|---|

| 30 | $1.99 | $59.70 |
| 50 | $1.99 | $99.50 |
No minimum and no account. The card itself, front and back, is described on our thank-you postcards page.
